Great customer service. Very kind, humane and respectful people and organization. My father had fractured his leg and we could not take him anywhere - they genuinely helped us carry him every time. We have called them multiple times for full days during my sister's marriage as well. Our house and on a slope, and it is very difficult to turn bigger vehicles there, yet they have always been kind, understanding and very well experienced and professional. Pleasant tour of Coastal Karnataka with Brahmari Travels, Mangalore We spent eight days on a family vacation, starting from Karwar to Mangaluru, with stopovers at Gokarna, Jog Falls, Kollur (Mookambika temple), and Udupi. The car rental from Brahmari Travel was excellent, and it picked up 3 of us from Karwar sharp at 10 am (the car came from Mangaluru -270 km, five h drive). The driver, Somsekhar (Sonu), was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the touring spots. The organization's service was top-notch, caring for everything on the tour. Last week we went to Kollur temple… during midnight we couldnt find any taxi there. We called Brahmari travels their services was really fantastic. The owner of the travels Mr. Keshav, dint let us wait near railway station. He arranged a driver and picked us immediately from the railway station and he dropped us at brahmari travels office by the time Mr.Keshav came there and accompanied us… We are really grateful for their service. Our plan was only a temple visit to mookambika temple but through his guidance we could see other temples near uduppi… we had an excellent travel experience. When it comes to travelling through cab in Mangalore or to nearby destination, Brahmari travel is undoubtedly the best choice. This is my 2nd experience with this travels. I had booked it from Mangalore to Mookambika and then to Bakel and after few days back to Mangalore where I had to board my train. The best part was he took us to famous Madhura Ganapati temple which was on the way (it was not in the itenary). This thoughtful gesture really touched my heart. We got connected over phone for my pilgrimage for 2 days Short trip . He after hearing my requirement instantly revert back with suggestions and rate, which I was impressed. Inspite of Short notice he could arrange a brand new car with an excellent driver Mr. Parasuram. He recd me directly from the station on my arrival and briefed me about our program and more specifically didn't demand money. We are four adults covered 8 temples in two days ( kuke subramanya, Dharmasthala on day 1. Night halt at sringeri. Day 2 covered sringeri, Kollur, annegudde Vinayagar, udupi, mahalakshmi temple and finally kattil Durga parameswari. Driver dropped us in the railway station where our train is at 11.45 pm. I am from Hyderabad and planned for a vacation to Karnataka with family for a week. My friend in Mangalore has suggested Brahmari travels and I went for the same for 6 days trip. Their vehicle charges are reasonable and fair. They are very cooperative. Right from Airport pick up till Airport drop, they have provided a SUV with professional driver who was guiding us at each location, did changes in our trip to get best out of available time which left us with a wonderful experience. Their response was overwhelming and never troubled us for advance or nor did they said this is extra or that is extra. Very cooperative. Mr. Keshav was integrating with us and responded to our calls even at 11 30 pm when our flight got delayed. Very cooperative. Ours was a 7 day trip starting from Mangalore covering mainly Subramanya, Dharamshala, Kollur, Sringeri, Murudeshwar, Gokarna and back to Mangalore. Chandu our driver from Brahmari Travels planned the trip fully covering a lot of important temples also in the route, along with suggestions of good hotels for food and stay enroute. I used this travel agency (Brahmari) service recently on our 5 day trip to Coastal Karnataka and Chandu (Chandra Sekhar) is a very good person, quick and thoughtful driver who will make your driving experience on long journeys Safe, Nice and ensure you enjoy while on the road. Our Mookambika trip was an unplanned one. We called Brahmari travels on night 1.00 am and the owner Mr.Keshav without any hesitation arranged a taxi for us. We were a group of 8 persons from Kerala. It was a round trip. They immediately picked us from railway station and Mr. Keshav guided us very well and overall travel experience was simply superb.... Our group of 10 members,all retired from service,hired a tempo from Brahmari travels to tour pilgrim places Sringeri,Belur,Halebidu,Tharmasthali,Kukkesubrahmanyam,Mangalore,Udipi,Murudeswar and Gokarna.The owner of Travels Mr. Kesav ,a nice person,from the beginning of the tour gave preference to give us comfort of journey and never asked us the money.I only asked about it and credited to his a/c at the end of the tour. The driver of our vehicle,one Mr. Kanaka,a patient and polite man guided us in visiting places Sringer, Belur temple,Halebidu and thermasthali for 2 days and he explained the importance of each place.Also he showed us important places on the way to the pilgrim places.We thank him for his patience.From 3rd day to 8 th day another driver Mr.Chandu was with us from Thermasthali to Sivamogga airport.Hd too is a very nice guy,guided us about all the other pilgrim places.
